Atra esterni ono thelduin.
So, Dreamer, what did YOU do on the fourth of July?
I has a little story about mine..
I woke up at 6:55 A.M, getting out of bed to go get ready to go clamming. I didn't know where I was going, or how far away, but I expected to have fun. After getting dressed I put a few cans of soda in a bag to help keep me awake during the day. I picked up my boots, a book, and went to wait in the car. The sun had already risen, so I began to read. Soon my brother and father got in the car with the clamming shovels, buckets, clamming shovel, clamming gun, and their boots. Later on we stopped at a gas station, and my father asked if I would like to get something to eat. I went in and got a small bag of peanuts and a donut before getting back in the car. Searching for the root beer (the soda I chose) I realised i had forgotten it. Oh well.. I thought, eating the donut before reading my book. Later on I stopped to eat the peanuts. Hours later we got to Clam Gulch, the place we were going clamming. We got the buckets out, put on our boots, got the clamming shovels and guns, and headed down towards the water. We found someone who showed us what to do, and my father was the first to find a clam. Forty minutes later me and my sister had no clams, and my father only had one. We were leaving before my dad found another hole. He dug for a clam, but he ended up mutilating it before he noticed he had gotten one. He took what he could and put it in the bucket before we set out to leave for Nanilchik. My father wanted to see what it was like there, and if it was much better. He talked to someone about the types of clams you could find, what tastes best, and how to clean them. By the time he finished it was high tide, and we left right after. Five hours later I got home. I was gone for 13 hours, with only one and a half clams to show for my efforts.
The next day, the bucket with the clams was outside, and there were many dead bugs floating in it. Thus, I had been gone for 13 hours and we didn't even get to eat what we got in that time.
The end.
Like my story? lol.
